It was fairly clean, the staff was really kind and very very nice, plus the service was excellent! The location was great and incredible, 0.5 km to London Heathrow airport, perfectly reachable. Shops and a supermarket where right next door. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was nice for dinner.

The hotel is in a marvellous location and fairly clean. Tidy and silent room and exceptionally comfortable bed, comfy sleep. Large bathroom, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe.

the room felt stuffy without a proper air conditioning but the beds were clean with fluffy pillows and there's a convenient mini fridge. the valet service was prompt and helpful too. my kids loved the spacious layout.
